Registration Requirement

Dear Eagles Players, Moms, Dads and Supporters:

Please read this--it's important, and absolutely required if your player wants to be in the tournament, either Saturday or Sunday.

If your player will not be playing in the tournament, this is not required, as our league playing season is over.

If your player's name is below, there is nothing more to do--you're good to go. If your player is not registered, please choose one of the options below. The easiest option is to get with us at practice tonight, tomorrow, or Thursday.

Since all players must be registered with USA Rugby in order to play in the upcoming tournament, the parents of those who plan on playing this Saturday have two options:

1. Go online and register the player themselves and bring a completed/signed copy of the attached waiver form to us at practice or the tournament (with this option, they must pay $6.67 + $1.50 via credit card).

Online registration must be completed no later than noon on Friday so I can print a roster from the USA Rugby website on Friday evening - I need to take a copy to the tournament.

2. Complete and sign the attached form (with the exception of the payment information) and provide it to me at practice and I will register their player (with this option, there is no cost to the parent the - registration fee will be absorbed by their FHYAA registration - and, it saves them the burden of online registration).
